Occupying the entire 18th floor, the Executive Meeting Center offers a convenient flow from General Session, to Lunch, to Breakouts.  Attendees can easily find their meeting rooms which will limit transition time between sessions. It will save them time and frustration and help you keep a timely agenda. Conducting your meeting in this space, contained to one floor, will make you feel like the only group in the Hotel!

The Rotunda
This impressive marble Rotunda lies at the heart of our Executive Meeting Center. The careful restoration of the bold, Art Deco styling creates an atmosphere of prestige and class, unrivaled by any other venue.
The Palm Room
The Palm Room serves as the foyer for the Executive Meeting Center. Located right by the West bank of elevator, the room can be used for pre-registration or a small tradeshow exhibition.
The Starlight Roof
A landmark of Art Deco style and elegance, the Starlight Roof serves as the ideal venue for events with an unmistakable air of class. The original gilded ceiling soars 18 to 24 feet (5.5 to 7.3 meters) over a 5,882 square foot (546 square meter) room, illuminated by Austrian crystal chandeliers. The Starlight Roof is capable of hosting banquets for 500 guests and receptions for 676.

The Beekman Suite
As one of the dedicated function rooms of our Executive Meeting Center, The Beekman Suite offers panoramic skyline views and natural light, high ceilings, advanced technology capabilities, and on-floor kitchen and staff dedicated exclusively to 18th floor functions. Our Executive Meeting Center is truly New York's most exciting, flexible, glamorous and technologically advanced collection of private function space.
The Carnegie Suite
Our Executive Meeting Center is dedicated to providing a private, one-of-a-kind environment for banquets, conferences, and board meetings. Each meeting room has windows for natural light, high ceilings and advanced technology capabilities that ultimately provide a fresh and bright space that is very comfortable for the meeting attendees. The Carnegie Suite embodies the unique ambience and peerless service which define the ultimate meeting and banquet venue.
The Metropolitan Suite
With the ability to accommodate up to 140 attendees, The Metropolitan Suite is one of the largest function rooms in our Executive Meeting Center. The unique ambiance, peerless service, haute cuisine, and state of the art technology of this private setting are truly reserved for those meetings of distinction.
The Norse Suite
The Norse Suite is one of the thirteen meeting rooms that comprise our Executive Meeting Center and offers elegantly appointed, yet practical and flexible, function space.
