When our Winter Season brings a chill to the air; it’s a perfect time to explore Manhattan indoors.   Our Hotel is ideally located and so convenient to many indoor activities such as world-famous shopping along Fifth Avenue, The Rockefeller Center Complex with an underground promenade of shops and restaurants as well as a thrilling elevator ride to The Top of The Rock, among many other exciting places to see and visit.   One of the greatest collections of Modern Art in the world can be seen on exhibit at The Museum of Modern Art (MOMA) located just steps away from our hotel on West 53rd Street between 5th and 6th Avenues.  Currently and throughout our Winter Season, there is a special exhibit dedicated to TIM BURTON the talented filmmaker featuring his conceptual art he produced for motion pictures as well as actual screenings.   The Winter Season is also prime time for Art and Antique Shows; the very famous Winter Antiques Show will take place at The Park Avenue Armory located on Park Avenue and 67th Street from January 22nd to 31st, 2010.   Our Hotel is also just steps away from The Manhattan Art and Antique Center featuring a multitude of antique dealers all under one roof; located on Second Avenue between 55th and 56th Streets.  

New York’s famous Broadway Theater are also conveniently located and this Winter highlights several new openings:  The Miracle Worker starring Mathew Modine, Jennifer Morrison and Elizabeth Franks previews at The Circle in The Square Theater on February 12th, The Adams Family staring Nathan Lane and Bebe Neuwirth previews at The Lunt-Fontanne on March 4th,  A View From The Bridge staring Liev Schreiber and Scarlett Johansson just recently opened at The Cort Theater, among many other wonderful shows.
